Delete your account

Updated October 17, 2026.

The Cloudy Tower iPhone app has no account. Everything it keeps is on your iPhone: delete the app, or use Logbook › Erase logbook, and it's gone. There's nothing for us to delete.

This page is for accounts made on the old Cloudy Tower website or the earlier Android app, which used sign-in, and for removing an email you left on our launch list.

Option 1: In the Android app

If you still have it installed: sign in, tap your account avatar in the top-right corner, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2: By email

Email support@cloudytower.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We check that the request came from your address, delete the account within 7 days, and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your login and account details (name, email address)
• Your profile: plan, trial status and token balance
• All training data: lesson progress, scores, XP, streaks and badges

What may be kept

• Aggregate statistics (for example, daily counts of practice calls) that contain nothing identifying you.

No other personal data is kept after deletion.

Launch-list email

If you left your email on cloudytower.com to hear when the app launches, email support@cloudytower.com from that address with the subject "Remove my email". We delete it and confirm by reply.
